The route
Do you know the story of the Princess of Éboli? Conspirator, passionate, proud, unhappy… If there was an intense and interesting life in the Spain of Felipe II, it was the one of Doña Ana de Mendoza y de la Cerda.
The environment for this adventure is Las Vegas region (in Madrid), where several rivers flow, such as the Jarama, the Manzanares, the Tajuña, the Henares and the majestic Tajo river.
In addition, we will visit part of the La Alcarria region, an enclave between the provinces of Madrid and Guadalajara.
The entire route is dotted with steps through towns with a lot of history, and which are unknown to most of the people. You will discover an unexpected Madrid, that will surprise you.
